David Bershad started his real estate career at RE/MAX Executive in 1999 at the age of 21 and quickly established a successful sales career joining RE/MAX's 100% club his second year in the business. After getting involved in the company in a management capacity in 2004, David was named Vice President which led to his becoming a partner in the firm in 2005. David Bershad and Carol McMichael strive to create an environment for their agents that is pleasant, professional and at all times conducive to growth.
